Help with Lane Assist

A customer called because his car unexpectedly guided him back into his lane while he was trying to switch to another. Jessica realized he wasn't aware of the lane-assist feature. She advised him to pull over so she could guide him through the multimedia screen settings to review the lane-assist controls and disable them if he wished.

Reconnecting CarPlay

A customer was confused because the CarPlay showed as being connected but wasn't working. Drawing from her own experience, Jessica guided the owner through the steps to disconnect and then reconnect CarPlay, which successfully resolved the issue.

PIN-Reset Alerts

Jessica was able to quickly walk a customer through resetting his PIN through the mobile app settings and updating it on his multimedia screen. This was a process she had recently completed for her own vehicle.
